Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad Pays Tribute to Tamgha-i-Imtiaz Recipient Abid Lashari and Retired DEPD Officer Gh Murtaza Channar
Nawabshah: Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad, Mr. Abdul Samad Nizamani, paid tribute to Mr. Abid Lashari, President of the National Disability & Development Forum (NDF) Pakistan, on being conferred with the prestigious Pakistan Civil Award Tamgha-i-Imtiaz.
Mr. Nizamani also extended his appreciation to Mr. Ghulam Murtaza Channar, former Regional Director of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), on the occasion of his retirement, acknowledging his long and dedicated public service.
During the ceremony, both Mr. Abid Lashari and Mr. Ghulam Murtaza Channar were honoured with appreciation shields in recognition of their remarkable contributions to social welfare and disability inclusion in the district.
The event was attended by officers from various departments, social activists, and community representatives who lauded the services and achievements of both distinguished personalities.
