Reception in Honor of Abid Lashari on Receiving Pakistan Civil Award “Tamgha-i-Imtiaz” at his Ancestral Village Jan Muhammad Lashari

Nawabshah: A grand reception was organized in honor of Haji Abid Hussain Lashari, President of the National Disability & Development Forum (NDF) Pakistan and renowned social leader, at his ancestral village Jan Muhammad Lashari near Bandhi. The reception was hosted by Noor Muhammad Lashari and Ghulam Murtaza Lashari and attended by villagers, political and social figures, distinguished guests, and respected personalities of the region in large numbers.
The participants extended heartfelt congratulations to Haji Abid Hussain Lashari on receiving the Civil Award and said that Abid Lashari is not only a source of pride for Nawabshah and Sindh but for the entire Pakistan. Under his leadership, NDF Pakistan has been rendering outstanding services for many years in the fields of inclusive education, rehabilitation, and promotion of the rights of children with disabilities and special persons.


Among the participants were Noor Muhammad Lashari, Ghulam Murtaza Lashari, Jan Muhammad Lashari, Muhammad Arif Lashari, Rais Muhammad Aqil Lashari, Muhammad Sharif Lashari, Saleem Shar, and other dignitaries. They said that due to the social services of Haji Abid Hussain Lashari, many children with special needs and their families have gained new hope and confidence in life. Through his efforts, modern rehabilitation centers have been established in Karachi, Hyderabad, Larkana, and Nawabshah, where hundreds of children are provided with free treatment, rehabilitation services, therapies, and education.
The speakers unanimously stated that receiving the Civil Award is not only an honor for Haji Abid Hussain Lashari but also a matter of pride and dignity for the entire region, particularly the Lashari community.
