Larkana: The Regional Directorate of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPD), Larkana, felicitated Mr. Abid Lashari, President of the National Disability & Development Forum (NDF) Pakistan, on being conferred with the prestigious Pakistan Civil Award Tamgha-i-Imtiaz.
Deputy Regional Director DEPD, Mr. Saeed Ahmed Jatoi, invited Mr. Abid Lashari to his office, where he presented him with floral bouquets and garlands to mark this achievement. He congratulated Mr. Lashari for his outstanding services in the field of rehabilitation for children with intellectual disabilities in Larkana and other districts of Sindh.
On the occasion, Mr. Abid Lashari expressed his gratitude to the DEPD Directorate Larkana for the honour and appreciation, terming the award a recognition of collective efforts for the betterment of children with disabilities.
